Established in 2014 as CLCC, we have grown to be at the forefront of providing accredited coaching training, designing coaching programs, and supporting organizations to develop and transform even amidst challenges.

Our organizational development training tackles real-world challenges—from managing organizational change to improving workplace communication—so that businesses can thrive in even the most complex environments.

What We Offer

  • Credentialed Coach Training – Our accredited coaching programs combine rigorous standards with real-world application, preparing future coaches with the skills and credentials needed to drive change, foster resilience, and achieve personal and professional excellence.

  • Customized Organizational Development Training – Tailored to meet the unique needs of each organization, our training programs address essential areas such as navigating change, conflict resolution, team dynamics, and leadership development. Our goal is to equip leaders and teams with practical strategies that foster productivity, engagement, and sustainable growth.

  • Private executive coaching — Your leadership team can benefit from coaching and use what they learn to start creating change in the organization, today. Private one-on-one coaching and group executive coaching are both available.

Our Approach

Our team is dedicated to delivering impactful, research-backed solutions. We collaborate closely with our clients to understand their specific goals and challenges, ensuring that our training and coaching services deliver measurable results. After an initial consult to conduct a needs analysis, we’ll provide you with a proposal that includes budget, timeline, implementation, and expected results. We also conduct pre- and post- analysis to determine how progress is happening as your team uses the tools learned through coaching and training.

Our Services

  • The coaching your leadership needs is both strategic and holistic. Leadership is most powerful when there’s a mix of tactical action combined with leadership self-awareness of the “whole picture” of who they are as leaders and how the organization is impacted.

  • Our trained facilitators and coaches consult with leadership to break down silos, improve communication and collaboration, and implement new processes and protocols while maximizing efficiency.

  • Setting up all-hands events is time consuming and can be frustrating for attendees if there isn’t a specific agenda. Work with our facilitators to create a team retreat experience that bonds your team and aligns them around organizational goals.

  • Organizations that use coaching skills are more successful. Our coach training program is approved by the International Coaching Federation and trains managers and other leaders to use coaching skills to improve performance.
