    We are a Level 1 ICF Accredited program provider. Only coaches trained by Level 1+ providers can apply for ICF credentialing.

  • We use an experiential approach to teaching the coaching skill-set where you have real-time interaction with our ICF-accredited faculty. We don’t stick you in front of videos or power point slides and call that “teaching.” You’ll receive ongoing feedback throughout our program.

  • Yes. We have a Level 1 Accreditation from the Interntional Coach Federation (ICF). Only graduates of Level 1 programs can apply for the ICF’s ACC credential (CCE programs cannot).

  • CLCC graduates accrue 50 paid coaching hours during training, and we offer resources for finding your first clients and building a client practice.

  • Every year, CLCC has had international participants. We’ve worked with people from Australia, Belgium, the UK, the Philippines, the Netherlands, Italy, Guatemala, Canada, and more. The retreat training weekend is a required program component, as is live participation on all calls, so make sure it works for your time zone.

  • No, unlike other programs, we have no additional charges for becoming certified through CLCC. The CLCC Certification is included in your tuition, provided you satisfactorily finish all training requirements during your training year.

  • We’ve had participants take our training purely for the personal growth benefits. As long as you complete all program requirements, you’re welcome to be part of our program!
