Mission, Vision + Learning Philosophy

CLCC’s mission is to give life coaches the skillset and community that they need in order to create profound change as they support their clients, while dually being supported by the larger coaching community. Our learning approach is highly experiential, emphasizing support from experienced facilitators who are themselves life coaches and encouraging our participants to learn through active practice.

We agree to abide by the standards and ICF Coaching Education Accreditation Code of Conduct by all providers who are approved for an ICF accreditation.

Learning Philosophy

Learning should be experiential, agile, and emphasize applied practice.

Sound principles of instructional design should inform the development of curricula and exercises.

Facilitators prioritize the learner’s journey, normalizing the challenges that come with integration of information, and bring flexibility, curiosity, and positive regard for students and their learning process.

Asynchronous learning should complement the active learning process of synchronous learning.
